Hot off the Press: Report from Camp West

Betty has a great temperament now that she is used to the routine at our home. We have had Betty at Camp West since July 5 and has been showered with love and attention. She just wants so badly to trust someone to love. She crates at night and while we are away from home. She doesn't bark while in her crate. She waits by the door to go potty and loves stuffed squeaky toys. Betty will fetch too. Although I have not tested it yet, I have been told Betty will stay near you off leash. However, it is always best to keep your dog leashed. But who wouldn't want to have a dog that will stay with you while you take the garbage out? At first Betty is a little nervous around of other dogs. She also herds other dogs rather than point at birds. She is a loyal little dog who will follow you around the house to see what you are up to or crash at your feet for a quick nap. She inhales her food in the morning and at night. And lays under the kitchen table until you are done eating. Please fill out an application and find out more about this cute well behaved little love bug!"

Betty Update!

Betty's new foster mom reports: I have the pleasure of having Betty at my house now, what a nice dog! A Big thank you for all the foster parents that put time into her, she is so good with the kids and has great house manners.
Currently, the kids are playing baseball in the house with a wad of paper as their ball and Betty makes a great outfielder except she runs into the living room with their baseball. Then the chase is on! She is exhausted already in the 3rd inning!
